Winemaking In stainless steel, with long macerations and indigenous yeasts
Ageing 24 months in 3000 litre Slavonian oak "Botti"
Notes Intense ruby colour, aromas of the earth, Mediterranean forest floor and leather; Elegant in the mouth, fresh with rounded tannins and an intensely aromatic finish
Alcohol 14% vol.

The vineyards

Location Finca Mas Vernet
Soils Panal: quaternary fossil dunes with a silty texture, calcareous with deep layers of clay next to the wooden areas
Altitude 350-400m
Density Trained vines with a density of 4200 plants/ha
Management Cover crops planted in alternate rows, vines ploughed mechanically, green pruning and crop thinning for qualitative and quantitative reasons.
Yield 4000-5000 kg/ha
