Varieties Morenillo
Harvest Picked by hand in boxes in early September
Winemaking Totally in stainless steel, slow fermentation at 14ºC with selected yeasts
Ageing Three months: 85% in stainless steel and 15% in oak barrel on the lees.
Notes Blood-orange pink, with a nose of delicate floral and red fruits. Good balance between body and acidity in the mouth with a slightly tannic sensation, making it an ideal food wine
Alcohol 13% vol.

The vineyards

Location Finca Mas Vernet
Soils Panal: quaternary fossil dunes with a silty texture, calcareous with a high chalk content
Altitude 350-400m
Density Trained vines with a density of 4200 plants/ha
Management Cover crops planted in alternate rows, vines ploughed mechanically, green pruning and crop thinning for qualitative and quantitative reasons.
Yield 6000-7000 kg/ha
