that we recovered at "Devea de Vernet".

Harvest Piked manually in boxes of 15 kgs in september
Winemaking The first pressed juice fermented at 14ºC in stainless steel
Ageing 6 months in oak barrel on the noblest lees with battonage lies with bâtonnage
Notes Smooth orange color, in the nose the smoky notes of wood are integrated with fruits and flowers leaving a final fresh mediterranean undergrowth sensation. Gourmet mouth and balanced with a tannin that stands out its gastronomicity.
Alcohol 13.5% vol.

Soils Panal: quaternary fossil dunes with a silty texture, calcareous with deep layers of clay next to the wooden areas
Altitude 350-400mm
Density Trained vines with a density of 4200 plants/ha
Management Cover crops planted in alternate rows, vines ploughed mechanically, green pruning and crop thinning for qualitative and quantitative reasons.
Yield 5000 kg/ha
